Luxor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Luxor. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Luxor platform, as well as any content, tools, benefits, or services made available to you through our application or website (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. “Luxor” or “we” refers to the company responsible for operating the Luxor Platform.

2. “User”, “Member”, or “Influencer” refers to the individual who registers and uses the Platform to access benefits, promotions, or campaigns at restaurants (each, a “Luxorista”).

3. “Affiliated Establishments” refers to restaurants or businesses that offer benefits, experiences, or promotions to Luxoristas.

4. “Luxor Benefits” refers to any promotion, discount, reward, or experience that Luxor makes available to Luxoristas at affiliated establishments.

5. “Content” refers to any post, photo, video, story, or other material generated and shared by the Luxorista on social networks or other platforms as part of a Luxor campaign.

1. To join the community, you must register on the Platform and provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.

2. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Luxor reserves the right to accept or reject your registration request, as well as cancel or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

1. Once admitted as a Luxorista, you may access campaigns and benefits available on the Platform.

2. To redeem a Luxor Benefit, you must comply with the specific requirements of each campaign, including creating and publishing Content on your social networks according to Luxor's instructions.

3. All Content must be original, follow the campaign guidelines, and comply with the policies of the relevant social network, as well as applicable laws.

4. Failure to comply with publication obligations or any campaign instruction may result in sanctions, including warnings, suspension of benefits, or removal from the community.

1. Upload Content within the time, format, and with the tags or mentions indicated by Luxor for each campaign.

2. Provide evidence of compliance with the publication requirement when requested (for example, screenshots, active links, etc.).

3. Do not use plagiarized, manipulated, or third-party-infringing Content.

4. Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully with Affiliated Establishments and other users.

1. Luxor may use your Content for promotional or dissemination purposes without additional compensation, provided that your copyright and the terms of use of each social network are respected.

2. Luxor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel campaigns, benefits, or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

3. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. The Platform, its design, trademarks, content, databases, code, and related materials are the exclusive property of Luxor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. The Luxorista does not acquire any rights over Luxor's intellectual property other than the limited use required to participate in campaigns.

During your participation in Luxor, you may have access to confidential information related to campaigns, internal Platform processes, or Affiliated Establishment data. You agree not to disclose, use, or exploit such information for any purpose other than participation in the Platform.

The processing of your personal data will be governed by our Privacy Notice, available on the Platform. By registering and using Luxor, you accept that your data will be processed in accordance with that notice.

You accept that the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all authorizations, communications, and transactions, may be carried out by electronic means and that such use has the same legal validity as if made in writing with a handwritten signature.

Luxor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or Luxor Benefits, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Luxor has its legal domicile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

By registering and using the Luxor Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
